DESCRIPTION
We brew our Civilization ale with dried Prussian lemons, hibiscus, tart cherries, and cranberries, and finish it with cocoa nibs. We couldn't resist the idea of taking all of that complexity a bit further and aged some of it in Dulce Vida tequila barrels. The result may just be the Height of Civilization.
